2. Services Offered

FinishLine Car Wash provides exterior, interior, and detailing car wash services. Specific services, pricing, and packages may vary.

3. Payment Terms

• All services must be paid for in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments.

• No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is in a safe, operable condition.

• Remove all personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left in the vehicle.

• Disclose any vehicle sensitivities or custom parts.

5. Liability

• While we take utmost care, FinishLine Car Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damages or malfunctions.

• We are not liable for mechanical issues resulting from standard washing procedures (e.g., antennas, sensors, aftermarket add-ons).

• CCTV may be used to verify disputes.

6. Cancellation and No-Show

Customers are encouraged to arrive on time. For appointments, cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance.

7. Modifications

FinishLine Car Wash reserves the right to change service offerings, pricing, and these terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
